In this module, students get started with data and information. They discover how they can find information on the internet and verify sources for reliability. They become aware of sharing information with companies and how this information is used by companies.

In which students become aware of the information they share online. Pupils take on the role of a detective who has to catch a crook who sells fake tickets via ‘Marktplaats’ (Dutch version of ‘Ebay’). The students must follow the trail left by the crook, to eventually catch him. This material has been developed by Digital Playground, we have their permission to publish and teach this material.
