Privacy and security – protection

In this module, students become familiar with the differences between the digital and physical world. What information do you share online and what do you share when you see someone in real life? What information do you post on the internet and what consequences can this have? How do I make sure my passwords are secure and much more. All in all: How do I consciously handle my privacy on the internet?

  • Digital world
    In which students become acquainted with the differences between the digital and the physical world and how they can deal with this.
  • Special Agents
    In which students become aware of the information they share online. Pupils take on the role of a detective who has to catch a crook who sells fake tickets via ‘Marktplaats’ (Dutch version of ‘Ebay’). The students must follow the trail left by the crook, to eventually catch the crook.
  • Safe password usage
    How do I protect my passwords using a password vault and keeping my accounts safe.
